This question by his design lecturer pivoted the life of Lawrence from seeking priesthood towards design as a change ministry since 2002. It launched him on a lifelong quest to help leaders, organizations, and communities to see their value with new eyes. From Singapore to the world, an unlikely adventure of creative change
Welcome to my site where I hope to have conversations with friends who believe our world need not be as divided as it is now, that there is a way. I believe a united world and change is by design. I have spoken about it in keynotes about why unity by design is critical for human sustainability and innovation. As a two time TEDx speaker I have spoken in 30 countries to 30,000 people.
I come from Singapore and it is a case study of how unity and success is through creative change. It is a place where east meets west and a kaleidescope of diversity. Another issue close to my heart is interreligious dialogue where I was involved for almost 15 years. In 2020, I was deeply honored when Pope Francis appointed me to serve as a consultor on the Vatican's office for Interreligious Dialogue.
I am also the founder and serve as Group CEO of a global innovation by design firm, Consulus operates like a change makers movement and our work is about implementing change with leaders, organisations and cities towards a united world.
In 2022, I also began to serve as the MD of an investment firm, DesignFutures Venture where I am focused on initiatives such as Food security, environment, data and space to shape a better future for the people in Sarawak.
